Sports Premium Funding

The School Sport Premium is funding that has been allocated to all maintained and state-funded schools with primary phase pupils. The main objective of this funding is to improve the quality and breadth of PE and sport provision within schools. Schools are free to determine how best to use this funding to improve the quality and breadth of PE and sport provision. The funding was introduced in September 2013 and a review of its impact is undertaken at the end of each academic year.

 

We are extremely proud that we were awarded a Platinum Quality Start Mark, which demonstrates our commitment to providing high quality access to PE for all our children.
